The University of Karachi on Sunday allowed thestudents and their parents to check the answer scripts of the entry testheld for admissions in the morning session for the academic year 2024.On this occa,sion, the in-charge Directorate of Admissions Dr SaimaAkhtar, Professor Dr Anila Amber Malik, Dr Salman Zubair, and otherswere present for students’ and parents’ guidance.
Dr Saima Akhtar mentioned that on the special directives of the KU ViceChancellor Professor Dr Khalid Mahmood Iraqi correct answers andcandidate’s examination copies were shown to parents.
According to her, the University of Karachi had received 98 applicationsin which students claimed that they were not satisfied with their testmarks and would like to avail the opportunity to see their answers.
She mentioned that 50 students along with their parents appeared at theChinese Teachers Memorial Auditorium where the answer scripts were shownto them beside the correct answers.
Dr Saima Akhtar said that all the applications were received through theofficial admission web portal of the varsity and answer booklets andcorrect answers were shown to the students and parents from 10:00 am to1:00 pm and no change was found in the announced results.
