Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti will retire from service on Thursday (today), while Justice Shahzad Ahmed Khan will take oath as Chief Justice of Lahore High Court on Friday.
There will be no full court reference in honor of outgoing chief justice as Justice Ameer Bhatti will only be given a farewell party by colleague judges at principal seat.
Nominated Chief Justice LHC Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan will also attend the farewell party.
