A number of royal experts have been speculating Meghan Markle’s plans moving forward and one expert has recently come forward with a new claim that she has been aiming to eventually ‘run for president’ in the future.
The revelation was brought forward by royal commentator Beverly Turner. She revealed her thoughts during an interview with Channel 5’s Jeremy Vine and claimed that she ‘just knows’ Meghan will take to running for the presidential office, albeit the timeline for this future endeavour is currently a bit fuzzy.
According to a report by Express, Turner was quoted saying, “She will run for President, I have no doubt about it.”
“I have no doubt, I think this is all part of the plan. It may not be very soon but it will be.” However Vine seemed rather skeptical towards this possibility. He said, “I have it on fairly good authority that she would like to run for President. There may be worse presidents, I would like to see a mixed-race woman in the White House, I would.”
Vine believes Meghan is a rather ‘woke’ candidate if she ever considers setting her sights on the oval office. However, “I don’t know whether woke wins elections, that is the problem here.”
Moreover, in light of Meghan Markle’s estranged relationship with her father, she has recently been gracing him with complete radio silence.
Even though Thomas has been reaching out , Meghan ‘doesn’t even open’ any of the letters he sends.
A source revealed the details surrounding this rift during a conversation with US Weekly. Thomas has been “sending letters to the house” hoping to reconnect with his daughter, however she ‘doesn’t even open’ them.
Meghan’s past with her father has always been rocky. Whether it be because of his public disapproval of her marriage and unwarranted interviews against her life decisions, Meghan has been left “upset and disturbed by the entire ordeal.”
In regards to a possible reconciliation, True Royalty TV co-founder Nick Bullen weighed in an deduced that that family has a long bridge to rebuild before they have any chance to reconcile.
He was quoted telling Fox News, “That’s pretty tricky. Thomas and Samantha have both been speaking to the press nonstop.
Meghan has even tried reaching out to her father. They’ve instead decided to make those letters public. I would say that’s far too tricky.—AP
