The Working President of Indian National Congress chapter in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Raman Bhalla, has said that the Modi-led Indian government has failed to address problems of the people.
Speaking at a function organized by Congress leader, Jagpreet Kour in Ramgarh, Samba, said, “Congress has launched several protest campaigns to invite attention of the government towards the plight of J&K people amid the rising prices of essential commodities.”
He said since the change of guard happened in New Delhi, prices of essential commodities, including fruits and vegetables, have increased manifold, which have pushed the people to wall.
He demanded immediate control over food inflation which is breaking previous record on daily basis.
During the function several prominent persons under the leadership of Raman Bhalla joined Congress and they included Apni Party leader, Raj Kumar Bhagat and his supporters.—KMS
