After Sindh Education Minister and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Saeed Ghani revealed on Monday he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Governor Imran Ismail took a COVID-19 test saying he came in contact with the affected minister on a number of occasions. The governor has decided to go on self-quarantine till result arrived.
Furthermore, much to their relief, Sindh CM Murad and the provincial government’s spokesperson Murtaza tested negative for coronavirus (COVID-19) on Monday. Murad h and Murtaza took a coronavirus test after Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani was diagnosed with the disease. Sources relayed Information Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has also tested for the virus, result of which is still awaited.
