Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Maryam Nawaz, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed (PTI) Shehzad Farooq, and Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan’s (TLP) Muhammad Zaheer are among the major candidates in NA-119.

The total population of constituency is more than 916,577, out of which 520,829 are registered voters.
