NADRA B-Form, Child Registration Certificate Fee in Pakistan (June 2024 update)

B-Form or Child Registration Certificate is basic ID document that serves as official proof of an individual’s birth details, identity, age, and record in NADRA. Parents are advised to get B-Form as it is mandatory for obtaining various other documents and to get basic services such as driving licences, passports, and for admissions to schools and colleges.

CRC or B-Form comprises child name, registration number, date of birth, parent ID, and address, making it a vital document for establishing identity. National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) holds the authority to issue the Child Registration Certificate or B-form for all minors.
