A non-local labourer from Nepal died and another has been hospitalised after they fell unconscious due to suffocation in the Nowgam area of Srinagar, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, on Sunday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, an official said soon after receiving information about the incident, a team rushed to the spot and shifted the individuals to Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) Hospital, Sriagar.
He said that one of the individuals was, however, pronounced dead at the hospital, while another is undergoing treatment.—KMS
