ISLAMABAD – Noreen Niazi, the sister of PTI founder Imran Khan, has moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking details of all cases registered against her brother.
Noreen Niazi has filed the plea through her counsel and has made Ministry of Interior, the IG of Islamabad, FIA and others as respondents.
Noreen Niazi has also requested that Imran Khan’s arrest in known and unknown cases be prevented until a final decision is made on the petition.
The court has fixed her plea for hearing on Tuesday (tomorrow) before Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir.
The petitioner asked the court to order the relevant authorities to seek the details of the cases against Imran Khan.
Imran Khan has been behind the bars for last more than a year after he was booked in different cases, and his legal team is fighting cases including bail in Toshakhana Case II before the different courts.
