Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad Muhammad Asif Raza visited proposed sites of Sastay Ramzan Bazaars in Hafizabad, Pindi Bhattian Jalalpur Bhattian and Sukheki Mandi, on Sunday.
ADCR Imran Asmat, ADCG Hamid Nasir Goraya, AC Pindi Bhattian Madasar Mumtaz and officers of Market Committees and other concerned departments were also accompanied by the DC During the visit of Model Bazaar Hafizabad, DC directed the officers of Market Committee and other concerned departments to ensure provision of all basic amenities including health emergency counter, information counter, complaints cell and separate washrooms for male and female at the bazaar as well as establishment of separate stalls for providing essential commodities on cheaper prices to consumers during the holy month of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak.
DC said that 10 kg bag of flour would available at Rs.450 per bag, chicken would available on Rs.12 per kg cheaper than open market, meat on Rs.20 per kg and subsidy would also be given on vegetables, fruit, pulses, dates, sugar and other eatable items in Ramazan Bazaars.
