ISLAMABAD – Former prime minister Imran Khan fired fresh salvo at incumbent authorities from Adiyala Jail.
Khan, who remained in jail since August last year, called out civil-military authorities in an article published in British publication The Telegraph.
Despite being at odds with incumbent authorities, Khan openly expressed concerns about Pakistan’s situation, ranging from allegations of election rigging to the country’s economic crisis and political turmoil.

The former prime minister believes the cases are a ploy to keep him out of politics and asserts that the establishment has tried everything against him, suggesting that his next threat is assassination. However, he remains steadfast, stating that he would choose death over submission.
Khan said the only way to resolve Pakistan’s turmoil is to restore the people’s mandate and release all political prisoners, including those facing military trials.
