RAWALPINDI – Pakistan Army soldier embraced martyrdom and nine terrorists including two high-value targets were sent to hell in multiple operations, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Saturday.
A press release issued by ISPR said nine terrorists have been killed by armed forces in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistani province neighboring Afghanistan.
In first operation, two high value terrorists including Rehmat Ullah alias Badar Mansur and Amjad alias Babri were eliminated.
The second operation was conducted in South Waziristan District which triggered intense fire exchange and seven terrorists were killed.
ISPR said weapons, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the killed terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area against the security forces as well as extortion and target killing of innocent civilians.
During operation, a brave son of the soil, Sepoy Shahzeb Aslam – resident of district Haripur – having fought gallantly, embraced Shahadat.
It said Security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe-out the menace of terrorism from the country and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve.
