Muzzammil Aslam Advisor on Finance to Chief Minister Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) rang alarm bells that Pakistan was grappling with the worst economic crisis of its history with no sign of recovery until and unless this inept mandate thieves PDM government remained in powers, which inflicted economic catastrophe on the country after ousting the well-performing PTI government two years ago through a conspiracy.
Advisor on Finance to Chief Minister KP criticized the incompetent government for bringing the economic wheel into a grinding halt and crushing the people under the burden of the back-breaking inflation. He recalled that on April 9, 2022, exact two years ago, no-confidence motion was brought against Imran Khan’s government on the groundless and baseless allegations of inflation because PTI government put the fast dwindling economy of the country on the path of rapid growth despite COVID pandemic that played havoc globally including India.
Advisor on Finance to CM KP highlighted that in the last year of the Imran Khan government, remittances and exports were at an all-time high, but the all the hard-gains were reserved due to no-confidence against PTI government. Muzzammil stated that the PMD government was brought to power to fix the economy but it inflicted economic catastrophe on the country, because the economy that was growing at the pace of 6 percent was brought to zero.
