Governor Kundi recognizes Pakistan Observer and OTV’s role during Operation Bunyan-un-Marsous

A well-organized ceremony was held at the Governor’s House Peshawar to commemorate the landmark victory against India in Operation Bunyan-un-Marsous.
The event was hosted by the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi.
The ceremony was attended by a diverse array of prominent figures, including former governors Iqbal Zafar Jhagra and Engineer Shaukatullah, Leader of the Opposition in the KP Assembly Dr Ibadullah and the provincial president of the Qaumi Watan Party, Sikandar Hayat Sherpao.
The Iranian Consul General, Ali Banafsha Khwah, members of the provincial assembly, senior TV anchors, social media influencers, media professionals, and various political and social personalities from across the country also graced the occasion.

Governor KP on the occasion recognized the services of the Pakistan Observer and the Observer TV (OTV) for highlighting Pakistan’s principal stance during the Operation Bunyan-un-Marsous.
Governor Kundi presented a shield to Mr Omer Malik on the occasion commending the great contributions of Pakistan Observer and OTV particularly during the Operation Bunyan-un-Marsous through its articles, editorials and programmes highlighting Pakistan’s principal stance.
Appreciating the Pakistan Observer and OTV for standing by the armed forces during the Marka-e-Haq and for voicing the aspirations of the people of Pakistan, Governor Kundi expressed best wishes for the OTV and its nationwide broadcast to be aired soon.
Pakistan Observer also exposed India’s real face through not only its paper edition but also through its online version, digital channel OTV.
Founder Editor-in-Chief of Pakistan Observer, Mr Zahid Malik (late) was a son of the soil who always upheld Islam, Ideology of Pakistan and defence of the country through Pakistan Observer and carried out journalism as a mission to serve Pakistan, said Kundi.
After Zahid Malik, his legacy lives on through Pakistan Observer and OTV.
Kundi lauded the Pakistani media for its responsible coverage, which he said conveyed a powerful message to the global community.
Mr Omer Zahid Malik thanked the KP Governor and the ISPR for recognizing the services of Pakistan Observer and OTV and reaffirmed his commitment to continue this mission as a sacred duty.
