ISLAMABAD – Intermittent rains with isolated heavy falls are predicted in Murree, Galiyat and other tourist destinations in Pakistan during the ongoing week.
According to the synoptic situation, most currents from the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal penetrate the upper parts of Pakistan. A westerly wave also prevails over the upper parts of the country.
Under these conditions, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted partly cloudy weather for the tourists’ destinations in the country during the current week.
Intermittent rains and gusty winds with isolated heavy falls are expected in Ziarat, Gilgit, Hunza, Skardu, Chitral, Dir, Kalam, Malam Jabba, Naran, Kaghan, Muzaffarabad, Neelum Valley, Murree and Galiyat from Tuesday to Saturday.
Experts have advised people to keep in view the weather predictions and take necessary precautionary measures to avoid any untoward incidents.
