A proclaimed offender was killed while his two accomplices managed to escape after exchange of fire with police in Shahdara area of Lahore on Tuesday.
The police on a tip-off regarding presence of wanted criminal launched crackdown. The criminals present in the area started firing at police and attempted to flee. In exchange of fire a notorious proclaimed offender Pervez alias Kananwala was killed while his two cohorts managed to escape. A passerby was also injured in the firing.
