Secretary Population Asghar Ali Shah has said that having children is the legal right of a married couple. Our department does not advise anyone to lock children. Rather, they are giving advice regarding family planning. He was addressing a one-day seminar organized regarding Reproductive Health Act 2020 under the auspices of Population Welfare Department.
