Central information secretary of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Faisal Kareem Kundi has said that the presidential ordinance regarding the Senate elections is an attempt to pressurize the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Talking to media in Multan, Faisal Kareem Kundi said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had promised a lot of promises which included South Punjab province, 10 million jobs, five million houses but where are all this.?
The PPP leader said the government is trying to buy members of assemblies through awarding constituencies development funds before the senate elections. Faisal Kareem Kundi said that those are talking about the charter of Democracy who were against it adding that the ruling PTI’s senate election committee has three governors which is against the constitution. He said that he wanted to say Prime Minister Imran Khan not to worry before the senate elections and don’t incite their members.—INP
