LAHORE – Authorities in Punjab announced new school timings for Punjab for February 2024, and schools from February 1 2024 will commence from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.

The rescheduled timings are for the month of February 2024 as the extreme cold wave ends with rains.

As per notification, the regular classes at the boys’ schools in Lahore and other cities will be from 8:30am to 2:30pm. For girls’ schools, classes will be from 8:15am to 2:15pm.

New Schools Timings for Lahore 2024

On Friday, the boy’s schools will end classes at 12:15pm, and girls’ schools will be closed at 12pm.

Authorities also changed timings for schools where classes are held in double shifts.

The new school timings will come into effect from February 1, 2024.

In December 2023 and January 2024 the educational institutions closed schools and exams were postponed amid worsening smog situation and cold wave.
