The Punjab government is committed to provide better healthcare and educational facilities to the people at their doorsteps and billions of rupees are being spent execute different development schemes in the district Hafizabad. This was stated by the Deputy Commissioner Sundas Irshad while visiting ongoing development projects including building of District Headquarter Hospital and University of the Hafizabad. Deputy Director Development Hafizabad Tassawar Abbas, CEO Health Dr. Umer Sharif Rathor, Director Colleges Azhar Janjua and other concerned officers were also accompanied her.
During the visit of under construction DHQ Hospital, DC said that with the completion of this mega project, the best treatment facilities would be available to the people of the district at local level and they would get rid of traveling to big cities for treatment.
She directed the contractors and officers of building department to ensure use of quality material in completion of the project and expedite construction work for completion of the project timely so that people of the areas.
