The Sindh High Court has expressed its frustration over the failure of respondents to submit replies regarding alleged illegal constructions on a public road in Bhitai Colony, Korangi. A constitutional bench, headed by Justice Yousuf Saeed, has ordered the Deputy Commissioner to appear in person on March 4 with all relevant records and maps to clarify the situation. The court also directed the Chief Secretary and Revenue Board officials to ensure a proper response from their departments.
