KARACHI – Sindh government officially declared four-day public holiday on the occasion of Eid ul Azha, in line with the federal government’s schedule.
According to a notification issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, the holidays will begin on Friday, June 6, and continue through Monday, June 9.
The decision aims to facilitate citizens in celebrating Eid ul Azha, which starts from Saturday, June 7, 2025.
All provincial government offices, autonomous and semi-autonomous bodies, corporations, and local councils under the administrative control of the Sindh government will remain closed during this period. However, essential services will remain operational to ensure public convenience.
This coordinated announcement between federal and provincial authorities offers citizens a long weekend to observe the religious festivities, travel to their hometowns, and spend time with family.

Balochistan government revised the Eid-ul-Azha holiday schedule, now granting a four-day break from Friday, June 6 to Monday, June 9, 2025.
