The tortured body of a labourer who went missing two weeks ago was found hanging from a tree in Machar Colony area of Docks police station.
Sources said the body of 27-year-old Noorul Amin Abdul Salam was found hanging from a tree in the wee hours on Saturday and police and rescue work-ers were called in who immediately reached on the spot and shifted the body to Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital for legal formalities.
The victim belonging to the marginalised Bengali community worked as a labourer at a fish cleaning and packing factory at the Karachi Fish Harbour.
