ISLAMABAD – Avoid traveling on M2, M3 and M11 Motorways amid strong winds, as NHMP shared advisory for commuters looking to plan their travel.
As the Provincial Disaster Management Authority urged masses to stay alert amid heavy rain and strong winds, Motorway Police closed key motorways including M2, M3, and Lahore-Sialkot routes to ensure public safety.
Those looking to travel to Islamabad and other cities are urged to avoid travel, and keep away from electrical hazards and trees. So far, nine people have been killed while others are injured in dust storm.

The closures are intended to ensure the safety of all types of vehicles and prevent accidents during the ongoing severe weather.
