The Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum, France, organized a webinar on Black Day, October 27, in Paris to highlight the Indian state terrorism in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the speakers of the webinar were Ambassador of Pakistan in France Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum, France, President Mirza Asif Jarral, Chairperson of Friends of Kashmir, Ghazala Habib, analyst Brig (Retd) Waqar Hassan, Kashmir Council European Union, Brussels, Chairman Ali Raza Syed, Kashmir Institute of International Relations Chairman Altaf Hussain Wani, Hurriyat leaders Syed Faiz Naqshbandi and Shamim Shawl, Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum, France, Vice President Abdul Hameed Lone, Jammu and Kashmir Self Determination Movement International Chairman Raja Najabat Hussain, former member of National Assembly Samia Raheel Qazi, President of Youth Council Pakistan Shahzad Khan and Dr Shugafta Ashraf.
Ambassador Asim Iftikhar addressing the seminar said Pakistan’s unwavering support to the Kashmiri people will continue and will strongly highlight the case of Kashmir in every forum of the world. He thanked all the distinguished guests for their participation in the webinar.
Mirza Asif Jarral on the occasion said Kashmiri people observe October 27 as Black Day on both sides of the Line of Control and the world over to denounce the illegal occupation of their motherland by India.
He said on October 27, 1947, India attacked Jammu and Kashmir against the will of the Kashmiri people and illegally occupied it. Since that day, such a period of human rights violations started that Kashmiris have been completely deprived of their basic human rights, he added.—INP
